Every Fall, I go crazy for leaves.
I become obsessed with them. So I have gathered leaves from outside the grocery store, the gas station, the restaurant…yes, I know people think I’m crazy. (And maybe I am!)
Then I take them home and lay them out on my table.
Then I start drawing them. I think each one I pick up is more stunning than the last one.
Then I start painting them, connecting them with curvy lines, then I spatter them with paint. Next thing you know, I have a “Leaf Study” which I had matted and framed to compliment all those colors.
Then I look outside and the leaves are falling….so much color, and so little time. I am a woman obsessed!
So I start gathering leaves again…

About Shipping & Handling: Small or medium-sized paintings on canvas or on art paper can be shipped via USPS for approximately $25-$55, depending on the size. Large paintings that are over 30 inches in one dimension usually cost at least $70 to ship. 30 inches is when the price jumps for shipping, so don’t be surprised if the total package gets close to or over $110 or more to ship – especially when shipping across the country. Also shipping insurance will add more to the price of shipping as well.
